1. Application Period: From 10:00 a.m., Monday, August 31, 2026.
2. Application Link: Online application form.
3. Eligible Applicants:  NTU students who are not currently residing in on-campus dormitories or Prince House .
4. Room Type and Fees: Yuantong Dormitory offers quadruple rooms.
   The dormitory fee is NTD 19,000 per semester, with an additional security deposit of NTD 3,800.
   (The Executive Yuan provides subsidies for domestic students’ on-campus accommodation fees:
   – General students: NTD 5,000 per semester
   – Students from middle-/low-income households and children of active-duty military personnel: NTD 7,000 per semester
   The subsidy amount will be calculated starting from the week of check-in.)

5. Applicants for Yuantong Dormitory may simultaneously remain on the waiting list for on-campus dormitories or Prince House; the two applications do not conflict.
   However, students who are subsequently assigned to an on-campus dormitory or Prince House must complete withdrawal from Yuantong Dormitory within one week.
6. Bed spaces at Yuantong Dormitory will be filled on a rolling basis as vacancies become available.
   The order of assignment will be based on the sequence of online form submission. Please refer to the link for details. (Female exchange students are still on the waiting list. The waiting list process will begin after all exchange students have been assigned dormitory beds.)
7. Students who are successfully assigned a bed at Yuantong Dormitory will receive a dormitory notification via their student email account.
8. Accommodation period: From assignment until December 31, 2026.
